San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet is celebrating its ninth year as an official Fiesta San Antonio Event with its presentation of Dance Kaleidoscope 2007. This year's production will include excerpts from Sleeping Beauty, featuring Kristopher Wojtera and Erica De La O of Louisville Ballet performing The Blue Bird Pas de Deux and Anna Liceica and Vitali Krauchenka of American Ballet Theatre starring as Princess Aurora and Prince Florimund.

ew works from local choreographers will include Priscilla Martinez's "Renascenca," Karin Connally's setting of Gershwin's Dayful of Song and the return of San Antonio's favorite "Dance Sport" by Harrison McEldowney. The various styles encompassed in this show are sure to please all generations. This year's offering includes San Antonio Parks and Recreation Troupes, Fandango and Alamotion.

There will be an opening night catered reception with the cast and a silent auction to support SA Met's outreach program.
